AM I SUITABLE?

A full consultation will take place to determine suitability, and for us to answer any questions you have.  We will advise lifestyle tips, and set realistic expectations for you on what results you could expect.  It’s best to be completely honest with us regarding dietary habits etc.  We are here to help and support you, so you should feel 100% comfortable to talk to us re; calorie intake.

3D LIPO CONTRAINDICATIONS:

  • If pregnant (if no complications during bird, you can have the treatment 6 weeks after – if any complications you would need to wait at least 6 months plus a doctor’s note to go ahead).
  • Under 18
  • If history of cancer
  • Prone to keyloid scaring (RF only, cryo + cav fine)
  • Long term kidney problems

IS 3D LIPO JUST FOR THE BODY?

NO – Radio Frequency is a really effective treatment for facial skin tightening – great combined with a facial and microdermabrasion skin polish (The Red Carpet Facial is perfect if you have a special occasion or event).

CAN MEN HAVE 3D LIPO TO?

Yes absolutely – all the same treatment options apply.  ‘Moobs’ are a common area that we treat for men with a small cryo followed by RF to tighten for best results. Muffin top, back ‘fold’ fat pockets, firm, sticking belly-slimming and more.  Great for those who go to the gym, but struggle with those tiny little bits as the RF skin tighten can polish-up those bits the gym just doesn’t seem to combat (see 3D-Target info).

IS 3D LIPO JUST FOR SLIMMING?

No – not at all.  3D Lipo offers tightening for specific areas such as wrinkled ‘crepey’ skin around the belly button post birth, the little flaps of skin that poke out your bra (under arm area), and lots more that you don’t necessarily want to slim.

IS THERE A MINIMUM OR MAXIMUM SIZE?

Yes and no – The consultation will determine the treatment plan best suited and there are a few ‘rules’ to consider for all elements of 3D Lipo.  Your treatment plan will be the best suited to achieve the results discussed with your consultant.

ANYTHING I SHOULD DO BETWEEN SESSIONS?

Drink 2 lts of water as a minimum a day – water with squash is fine, but avoid sugary drinks.  This is essential for best results as your body’s natural ‘detox’ function is flushing away the broken down fat cells – the water is what helps the body do this.  Not doing so may prevent you from getting the best results possible.

WHEN WILL I SEE RESULTS FROM 3D LIPO?

Cryo: 6-12 weeks, varying client to client (the freeze continues to work for up to 6 months).

Radio Frequency: Noticeable ‘tighten’ strait away, though usually the following day you really see/feel the difference.

WHAT PART OF THE 3D LIPO PROGRAM WILL I NEED – DO I NEED EVERYTHING?

This varies from to client to client – your sessions will be bespoke for what you need  to target the areas and parts specific to your body shape.  Sessions may change along your program as your body responds to the treatment i.e. as you lose fat post-cryo, the area softens as the fat leaves the body, there for we would introduce more time on the RF tightening as this occurs vs perhaps more cavitation at the start of a slim program.  Your consultant will advise the recommendations for best results.

CAN I HAVE MORE THAN 1 CRYO ON THE SAME AREA?

Yes – if there is enough fat in the particular ‘pocket’ we may suggest first and second stage freezes.  The gap between these will vary client to client, but on average around 6-8 weeks.

CAN I JUST HAVE CRYO?

Yes – the cryo works well as a stand-alone treatment, though area depending, we will make recommendations for best results – but all of our recommendations are optional of course. No pressure, no sales pitch.

You do not need to diet to see the results, however, as you’d expect, over-consumption of calories in the future may mean your results do not last as well as they could.

No – its not essential, though as above a healthy balanced lifestyle will of course help with a better result, and maintaining the results.
